We are seeking a motivated and analytical Incentive Compensation Associate Consultant with 1-3 years of experience in incentive compensation implementations and administration. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of incentive compensation tools and methodologies, along with excellent problem-solving skills. This role requires effective communication with stakeholders across Europe and North America.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation and administration of incentive compensation plans.
- Utilize incentive compensation tools such as Javelin, Sales IQ, and Optymyze.
- Conduct data analysis and validation to ensure accurate compensation calculations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design plans and set goals.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in incentive compensation implementations or administration.
- Proficiency in incentive compensation tools (Javelin, Sales IQ, Optymyze).
- Basic knowledge of Excel and SQL.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
