BI Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Power BI Developer with strong DAX capabilities to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade reporting and analytics solutions specifically for the Insurance domain. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with DAX and the ability to demonstrate problem-solving skills and clear explanations of their approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver high-quality, intuitive dashboards and visualizations that enable business insights and decision-making.
• Translate complex datasets into actionable insights, trends, and business recommendations.
• Develop and maintain interactive Power BI reports and dashboards across various business domains (Sales, Finance, Operations, etc.).
• Develop complex DAX measures, calculated columns, and time-intelligence calculations to support advanced insurance analytics.
• Collaborate with data engineers and solution architects to integrate Power BI with enterprise data platforms and ensure alignment with data architecture standards.
• Document report logic, data models, business definitions, and insurance-specific calculations.
• Optimize report performance and usability.

Requirements

• Experience in developing Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Understanding of data architecture standards.
• Degree in a relevant field.
