We are seeking a talented Generative AI Developer with 3-6 years of experience to join our team in Pune, Maharashtra, India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and deploying applications using Generative AI models, ensuring optimal performance and ethical practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy applications using Generative AI models (e.g., GPT, diffusion models).
• Design and implement prompt engineering strategies for optimal outputs.
• Fine-tune and customize foundation models using domain-specific data.
• Build scalable APIs and integrate AI models into production systems.
• Work with vector databases for semantic search and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
• Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams.
• Ensure model performance, reliability, and ethical AI practices.
• Monitor, evaluate, and improve AI outputs continuously.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Generative AI technologies.
• Proficient in prompt engineering and model fine-tuning.
• Experience in building APIs and integrating AI models.
