Gen AI + Agentic + Python Developer
We are seeking a talented Gen AI + Agentic + Python Developer with 4-8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing Gen-AI and machine learning pipelines, as well as experience in building backend services for conversational and agentic AI workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop Gen-AI and machine learning pipelines and implement RAG architectures.
- Build backend services for conversational and agentic AI workflows.
- Integrate AI services with enterprise platforms such as ticketing systems, analyst tools, and dashboards.
- Implement data pipelines covering ingestion, cleaning, enrichment, metadata management, and scheduling.
- Deploy models using APIs and cloud-native services, and monitor performance, latency, and accuracy.
- Apply banking-grade controls including data privacy, access control, audit logging, and model observability.
Requirements
- Strong experience in Gen AI and Python.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

- Full-time position.
- Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India.
