Full Stack Engineer (Generative AI & Agentic AI)
We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer specializing in Agentic AI workflows, application integration, and Generative AI solutions to drive operational efficiency and intelligent automation across enterprise platforms. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in full stack development using Python and Java, hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), AI orchestration frameworks, cloud platforms, and modern application architectures. Candidates with both strong engineering fundamentals and practical AI implementation experience will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop enterprise-grade Full Stack and AI-powered applications.
- Build and optimize Agentic AI workflows and automation pipelines.
- Integrate LLMs into business applications and operational systems.
- Develop scalable frontend and backend services.
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
- Build secure and scalable APIs and microservices.
- Collaborate with product teams, architects, and business stakeholders.
- Optimize AI model interactions for performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.
- Ensure application scalability, security, and maintainability.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical leadership initiatives.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor?s/Master?s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience: 5?8 Years in Full Stack Development.

- Prompt Engineering and AI workflow automation.
- RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) implementations.
- AI Agent development and orchestration.
- Integration & Data:
- Application Integration experience.
- API Gateway & Event-driven integrations.
- Vector Databases: Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB, FAISS.
- SQL & NoSQL databases.
- Cloud & DevOps:
- AWS / Azure / GCP.
- Docker & Kubernetes.
- CI/CD Pipelines.
- GitHub / GitLab / Jenkins.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience designing scalable enterprise applications.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
