Finance Operations Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Finance Operations Specialist with approximately 7 years of experience to support our purchased service billing operations across multiple engineering processes and projects. This role is crucial for ensuring timely and accurate financial coordination for a broad portfolio of work.

Key Responsibilities

• Support purchased service billing operations across various engineering processes and projects, ensuring timely and accurate financial coordination.
• Perform reconciliation of invoice data and billing records to identify discrepancies, validate charges, and support accurate financial processing.
• Maintain and manage the purchased service billing tracker for a large population of PS engineers (500+), ensuring data accuracy, visibility, and up-to-date status reporting.
• Coordinate with PS teams and stakeholders to obtain invoices on time and support timely submission, tracking, and closure of PS billing back activities.
• Provide operational support for financial follow-up and issue resolution related to billing status, missing documentation, and invoice discrepancies to help maintain smooth payment processes.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in finance operations.
• Strong understanding of billing processes and financial reconciliation.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage large datasets and maintain accuracy.
• Proficient in using financial software and tools.
• Education: Any Degree.
