Electrical Application Engineer
Join OTIS Elevators as an Electrical Application Engineer, where you will play a vital role in preparing production drawings and providing technical support to various teams. This position is based in the Jigani Industrial Area, Bangalore, and requires a strong background in electrical engineering.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) and production drawings according to customer requirements.
- Release drawings to manufacturing teams for production.
- Provide technical support to internal departments and site teams.
- Coordinate with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Research & Development (R&D) teams.
- Handle JDE/ERP activities related to production.
- Ensure compliance with elevator codes and standards (IS, NBC, EN).
Requirements
- Education: BE/B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: 2+ years in a relevant field.
- Required Skills: AutoCAD (mandatory), Pro-E (preferred), knowledge of elevator standards.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
