Desktop Support
We are seeking a dedicated Desktop Support professional to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will provide first-level support for various devices and applications, ensuring a seamless experience for our users.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L1 support for Desktops, Laptops, Printers, iPads, and Mobile Devices.
- Troubleshoot Windows OS, MS Outlook, MS Teams, VPN, and standard enterprise applications.
- Perform password resets, account unlocking, and basic Active Directory tasks.
- Log, track, and resolve incidents & service requests using ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.).
- Perform basic troubleshooting for LAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN issues.
- Coordinate with vendors/OEMs for hardware replacement and warranty support.
- Maintain asset tagging, tracking, and inventory updates.
- Provide remote and limited on-site support as required.
- Ensure adherence to SLA, TAT, and CSAT targets.
- Follow ITIL processes for incident, request, and escalation management.
Requirements
- Education: Degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: 1-3 years in Desktop Support.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, Outlook, Teams.
- Experience in Desktop / Laptop / Printer Troubleshooting.
- Basic Networking knowledge: IP, DNS, LAN, VPN.
- Familiarity with Active Directory ? User & Password Management.
- Experience with ITSM / Ticketing Tools.
- Asset & Inventory Management skills.
