Desktop Support Engineer (L1)
We are seeking a dedicated Desktop Support Engineer (L1) to provide first-level IT support for end-users. This role involves troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, MS Office, O365, and basic network issues. The engineer will also handle tickets, manage assets, and escalate issues to L2/L3 support as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and MS Office applications.
- Provide support for O365 and basic networking issues.
- Manage and respond to support tickets in a timely manner.
- Assist in asset management and inventory tracking.
- Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 support as necessary.
Requirements
- 1.5?2 years of IT/Desktop support experience.
- Knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, O365, and basic networking.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- A degree in a relevant field.
Work Arrangements
- Contract position.
- Onsite role in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
