Design Engineer
We are seeking a skilled Design Engineer to join our team at L&T Technologies. This role requires a strong background in design and development, particularly in casting, sheet metal, and plastics. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience and proficiency in SolidWorks.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop components using casting, sheet metal, and plastics.
- Utilize SolidWorks for part, assembly, sheet metal, surfacing, and drawing modules.
- Conduct concept design, modeling, and detailing of products.
- Apply GDNT principles in design processes.
- Integrate and test assemblies to ensure functionality and performance.
- Design products with DfX (Design for Excellence) considerations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in design engineering.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks 2021 SP04.1.
- Hands-on experience in design and development of casting, sheet metal, and plastics.
- Knowledge of GDNT and manufacturing processes for plastic and sheet metal parts.
