Data Testing Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Data Testing Engineer with a strong background in ETL testing, Hadoop, and automation testing using Java and Selenium. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working in ETL environments and possess excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize your overall IT experience of 7+ years to contribute to data testing projects.
• Perform ETL testing and validate data integrity across various systems.
• Work with Hadoop and Hive for Big Data testing.
• Implement automation testing using Java and Selenium.
• Collaborate with Agile teams and adhere to Agile methodologies.
• Demonstrate strong proficiency in SQL and work with RDBMS databases.
• Apply software testing principles and practices to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure project success.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in IT, with a focus on QA testing in ETL environments.
• Proven experience in ETL testing and Big Data testing with Hadoop and Hive.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience with RDBMS databases.
• Hands-on experience in Java and Selenium for automation testing.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
