Data Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst with a minimum of 8 years of experience to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background and be proficient in analyzing large, complex datasets to derive actionable insights that support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business decision-making.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business questions into analytical solutions.
• Perform deep-dive analyses to support strategic initiatives and ad-hoc business questions.
• Partner with data engineering and IT teams to ensure data pipelines are built effectively.
• Design and implement KPIs and performance metrics to measure success across departments.
• Automate recurring reports and optimize data workflows to improve efficiency.
• Identify and define data foundational elements, contribute to database design, and play a key role in the development of ETL pipelines.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Data Analyst.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
• Knowledge of data modeling and ETL processes.
• A degree in a relevant field.
• Analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
