Data Analyst
We are seeking experienced Data Analysts who can leverage existing data to generate meaningful business insights, build interactive dashboards, and create analytical reports for stakeholders. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in data interpretation, reporting, visualization, and stakeholder communication to support strategic business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze structured and unstructured data to identify business trends and actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, MIS reports, and KPI scorecards using BI tools.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting and analytics requirements.
- Perform data validation, cleansing, and transformation to ensure data accuracy.
- Generate periodic and ad-hoc reports for business and leadership teams.
- Interpret data findings and present recommendations in a clear and concise manner.
- Work with cross-functional teams including data engineering and business operations.
- Optimize reporting processes and improve dashboard performance.
Requirements
- Strong experience in SQL for querying and data analysis.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI/Tableau/Qlik dashboards and reporting.
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query.
- Experience in data analysis, interpretation, and visualization.
- Knowledge of data cleansing and data validation techniques.
- Strong stakeholder communication and presentation skills.
- Understanding of KPIs, business metrics, and reporting frameworks.
- Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
- Relevant certifications in Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or Data Analytics are preferred.
