We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst / Scrum Master with 10-12 years of experience in the IT-Software industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both business analysis and scrum methodologies, particularly in the domains of private banking and KYC banking. This is a contract position based in Pune, Maharashtra, India, and candidates must be prepared for a face-to-face interview on June 20th.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a Business Analyst domain expert, providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
• Serve as a technical Scrum Master, facilitating scrum processes and ensuring effective team collaboration.
• Utilize coding skills to support project requirements and enhance team productivity.
• Conduct UAN checks prior to submitting profiles for interviews.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project goals are met within timelines.

Requirements

• 10-12 years of experience in IT Software, with a focus on application programming.
• Strong expertise in business analysis and scrum methodologies.
• Minimum of 6-7 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Experience in private banking and KYC banking is preferred.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Copilot and GitHub is a plus.
• A degree in a relevant field is required.

Work Arrangements

• This is a contract position.
• Face-to-face interviews are mandatory.
• Preferred location is Pune; candidates from Bangalore and Chennai may be considered if exceptionally strong.
• Travel requirements may apply based on project needs.
