Required Skills & Experience:

6+ years of experience in Order Management domain, with at least 3+ years in Blue Yonder OMS (Commerce & Commits).

Strong understanding of Order Promising, Sourcing, Inventory Availability, and Fulfillment logic in BY OMS.

Experience with BY Commits configuration, ATP logic, sourcing rules, and order routing.

Proficient in requirement elicitation, functional documentation, and stakeholder management.

Familiarity with integrations involving ERP, WMS, and eCommerce systems.

Working knowledge of SQL and data mapping is a plus.

Strong communication and analytical skills with the ability to present to business and IT stakeholders.

Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.
