Billing & Commercial Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Billing & Commercial Engineer to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the head office by coordinating for invoice generation, GST calculations, and billing team coordination. This is a full-time, project-based role that requires 50% onsite and 50% offsite work.

Key Responsibilities

• Support head office by coordinating for invoice generation
• Perform GST calculations and coordinate with the billing team
• Submit invoices on time and certify them
• Follow up for payments and certify bills with customers
• Coordinate with internal teams

Requirements

• Bachelor of Commerce (B.com) or any other graduate degree
• 1-2 years or 3-4 years of experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of GST, Tax, and SAP ERP
• Ability to coordinate with internal teams

Work Arrangements

• 50% onsite and 50% offsite work
• Base location: Hyderabad
• Site location: 15 or multiple sites in and around Hyderabad and outskirts of the region
• Travel required to any site, with applicable allowances for remote sites
• Allowances applicable for travel by cab, bike/two-wheeler, and hotel stay for remote locations
• No shift work required
• Online interview mode

Salary and Benefits

• Salary range: 25k for 1-2 years of experience, 40k for 3-4 years of experience
• Travel and other allowances applicable as per company policy
