AV Engineer

We are seeking a dedicated AV Engineer with a minimum of 1.5 to 2 years of experience in providing Level 1 support for audio-visual systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of AV systems in a corporate environment. This is a contract position based in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 remote support to end-users as operationally required.
• Deliver end-to-end AV support, including installation of AV setups, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of AV systems.
• Setup and operate live audio and video equipment, managing cabling, connectors, and basic rack setups.
• Guide users with step-by-step instructions for issue resolution.
• Conduct daily health checks of AV devices to ensure all parameters of rooms are met.

Requirements

• Education: Diploma in Electronics or ITI.
• Experience: Minimum 1.5 to 2 years of experience in AV.
• Communication skills in English, Marathi, and Hindi.
• Certification in Basic AV OEMs is a plus.

Work Arrangements

• Work Schedule: As per Customer?s working hours.
• Shift Details: Occasional weekend or event support may be required.
• Remote Policy: Provide Level 1 remote support to end-users as operationally required.
• Office Visit Requirements: None specified.
• Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel out of Kolkata for project work.
