Role Overview


We are seeking a Product Manager who can drive product development end-to-end across SaaS-based Applicant Tracking System (ATS) workflows. The role is ideal for someone who can translate customer needs into structured product requirements, partner closely with engineering and QA for delivery, and ensure successful rollout and adoption across enterprise accounts.


You will own product problem statements, collaborate cross-functionally, validate releases, and influence roadmap priorities using customer insights and usage data.



Key Responsibilities


1. Product Requirements & Documentation


  • Lead requirement discovery for modules such as License Management, Invoice, compliance workflows, and platform-wide enhancements.

  • Convert customer problems into PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria, ensuring clarity for engineering and QA teams.

  • Structure business and technical requirements to improve sprint throughput and reduce iteration cycles.


2. Product Development & Delivery


  • Validate builds, perform release testing, report defects, and coordinate with engineering & QA through Agile ceremonies.

  • Ensure smooth execution of release cycles and iterative product improvements.


3. Customer Insights & Roadmap Influence


  • Analyze usage patterns, compliance gaps, and escalations from 12+ enterprise accounts to shape roadmap priorities.

  • Convert recurring client issues into actionable product improvements.


4. Rollouts, Adoption & Communication


  • Drive feature rollouts for enterprise clients by preparing release notes, training materials, and adoption plans.

  • Work with cross-functional teams (CSM, Support, Engineering) to ensure client readiness and smooth transitions.


5. Cross-Functional Collaboration


  • Act as the bridge between customers, engineering, QA, and leadership?aligning business goals with feasibility constraints.

  • Work closely with account teams to stabilize high-value accounts and avoid churn-risk scenarios.


6. Customer Success & Operational Insight (Value Add)


  • Leverage past experience managing 12 enterprise accounts with 95% retention to surface product gaps early.

  • Use support data (Jira, Freshdesk) to identify root issues and recommend scalable product fixes.



What You Bring


  • Experience across product requirement gathering, documentation, sprint collaboration, and release validation.

  • Strong exposure to ATS/HR Tech, technical recruitment processes, and SaaS workflows.

  • Ability to work directly with enterprise clients, understand their workflows, and convert insights into product outcomes.

  • Hands-on expertise with tools including Jira, Freshdesk, CRM tools, and SaaS platforms.

  • Proven ability to support onboarding, adoption, and account health monitoring.



Preferred Qualifications


  • Bachelor?s degree in Computer Applications / related field.

  • Product Management certifications (IBM, SkillUp).

  • Strong analytical mindset with a data-informed decision-making approach.
