Application Support Engineer
We are seeking an experienced Application Support Engineer to join our Incident Management Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SQL and database management, with a focus on providing exceptional support and resolving incidents efficiently. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across various levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Extract data from databases (back-end) by developing complex SQL queries.
- Provide necessary data on tickets and resolve incidents effectively.
- Lead day-to-day operational activities within the Incident Management Team.
- Maintain awareness of all Critical Incidents and ensure timely resolution.
- Communicate critical information appropriately to all levels of the organization.
- Write Oracle and SQL queries to diagnose and resolve application issues.
- Execute SQL queries on databases to support application functionality.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in Application Support.
- Strong expertise in SQL, Oracle, PL-SQL, and SQL Server.
- Hands-on experience in support roles for at least 2 years.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
