Analytics Consultant ? Commercial Analytics (Launch Excellence)
We are looking for an experienced Commercial Analytics Consultant with expertise in pharmaceutical launch analytics, HCP/Patient segmentation, and claims data analytics. The ideal candidate will support both pre-launch and post-launch commercial analytics initiatives by developing segmentation strategies, processing healthcare claims data, generating actionable insights, and presenting recommendations to business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform post-launch analytics during the first year of product launch to measure commercial performance and identify optimization opportunities.
- Develop and implement HCP and Patient Segmentation strategies using healthcare claims and commercial data.
- Build target segmentation models and define business rules for segmentation during the pre-launch phase.
- Extract, transform, and analyze large healthcare datasets using SQL.
- Utilize Dataiku and Snowflake to process, prepare, and analyze structured datasets.
- Interpret analytical findings and provide actionable business recommendations.
- Create executive-ready PowerPoint presentations and dashboards summarizing key insights.
- Collaborate with commercial, marketing, medical affairs, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and adherence to business rules throughout the analytics lifecycle.
- Support strategic decision-making through data-driven insights and segmentation recommendations.
Requirements
- 5?6 years of experience in Commercial Analytics or Pharma Analytics.
- Strong experience in Post-launch Analytics.
- Experience with HCP Segmentation and Patient Segmentation.
- Experience in Target Segmentation using Healthcare Claims Data.
- Hands-on experience in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Experience developing Business Rules for segmentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience creating client-ready presentations and business recommendations.
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills.
