We are seeking a contingent Data Analyst to join the Enterprise Supply Management team at 3M Global Technology Center LLP. The ideal candidate will independently analyze complex datasets, create impactful dashboards, and deliver insights that support data-driven decision-making across the enterprise supply chain organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the data subject matter expert for the Enterprise Supply Management team.
• Extract, clean, and validate data from multiple sources utilizing SQL and AI-assisted workflows.
• AI-Leveraged Analysis: Utilize AI tools to accelerate data processing, Python script generation, and the analysis of complex supply chain datasets.
• Conduct advanced analysis - Collecting, processing, and modeling data to obtain valuable insights and inform strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and translate business requirements into data solutions.
• Independent leadership of technical and administrative workstreams and supporting the Project Leader in administration and coordination.
• Present insights and recommendations to functional stakeholders.
• Build and maintain scalable data models.
• Support improvements in data quality, governance, and process automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor?s degree in engineering.
• Proficiency in data extraction and analysis.
• Experience with statistical analysis and analytical techniques.
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, etc.
• Python & AI Proficiency: A reasonable working knowledge of Python, coupled with a strong, demonstrated ability to leverage AI development tools (e.g., LLMs, coding copilots) to write code, debug, and execute data analysis efficiently.
• Strong understanding of data modeling and relational databases.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
