Technology Lead - Active Directory
We are seeking a skilled Technology Lead to provide advanced L2/L3 support for Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID. This role involves addressing authentication, identity, and access management challenges in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot complex issues including:
- Login failures
- Group Policy issues
- Domain replication
- SSO, MFA, Conditional Access
- Manage hybrid identity environments, including:
- Entra ID Connect (synchronization)
- RBAC (Role-Based Access Control)
- Application integrations (OAuth, SAML)
- Participate in incident and change management processes
- Create technical documentation
- Mentor junior engineers
Requirements
- 8-9 years of experience in Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID
- Degree in a relevant field
