Accounts Receivable Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in billing, cash application, and collections, with mandatory experience in SAP (SAP ECC, SAP S4 HANA). This role is essential for maintaining the financial health of our organization and ensuring timely collection of receivables.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the billing process to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
- Handle cash applications and ensure proper allocation of payments.
- Oversee collections efforts to minimize outstanding receivables.
- Collaborate with the AR SSC Operations team for effective process management.
- Communicate with clients regarding payment status and resolve any discrepancies.
Requirements
- Experience: 2-5 years in accounts receivable.
- Mandatory: Proficiency in SAP (SAP ECC, SAP S4 HANA); SAP B1 is not accepted.
- Education: BE, BSC, B.Tech, B.COM.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a 30-day notice period preferred.
