Job Title: Salesforce Developer. We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with 4-7 years of experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving tickets and minor enhancements across Sales and Service Cloud.

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve incidents, service requests, and user administration within Service Level Agreement (SLA)
• Build minor enhancements (configuration and code) up to the agreed Performance Dashboard (PD) threshold; unit test and support deployments

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) features, including configuration, security model, reports, and user administration
• Customization skills in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows
• Some integration knowledge in REST and SOAP
• Data management skills using Data Loader
• Good-to-have skills: Administrator, Platform Developer I, Sales/Service Cloud certifications; Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) and Git
