Automation Lead
We are seeking an experienced Automation Lead to design, develop, and maintain end-to-end UI automation scripts using Playwright. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation testing and a passion for ensuring high-quality software delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end UI automation scripts using Playwright.
- Create and execute end-to-end test scenarios for both web and API applications.
- Create and validate SOAP requests and XML-based responses using tools such as SoapUI, Postman, or similar.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and ensure timely resolution.
- Continuously optimize automation scripts for performance and reliability with test automation best practices.
Requirements
- At least 5+ years of total experience with hands-on experience with Playwright (JavaScript/TypeScript preferred).
- Good understanding of HTTP/REST/SOAP, JSON/XML, and web services.
- Knowledge of SQL for data validation and backend testing.
- Experience working with CI/CD tools and version control systems (Git).
