Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) and DevOps

We are seeking a skilled Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with a strong background in DevOps to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in monitoring data analysis using tools such as Splunk or Dynatrace, and will be adept at collaborating with engineering teams and clients to address requests and issues effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor data analysis through tools like Splunk or Dynatrace.
• Interact with engineering teams and clients to handle requests or issues.
• Set up, maintain, and improve monitoring systems to proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Define and monitor Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and Service Level Indicators (SLIs) to ensure systems meet performance and reliability requirements.
• Design, implement, and maintain tools and processes for Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD).
• Utilize strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Shell, or Java.
• Hands-on experience with Dynatrace, Splunk, Bladelogic, ITRS, GLOSS, MSSQL/Sybase, and Linux/Unix shell scripting.
• Apply understanding of SRE concepts and hands-on knowledge of DevOps tools and technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3-11 years of experience in SRE and DevOps roles.
• Strong programming skills in at least one of the following languages: Python, Shell, Java.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace and Splunk.
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools.
