ServiceNow ITSM Specialist

Candidate should have strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITSM, including JavaScript/Glide Scripting, Workflows, Flow Designer, Service Portal Development, Catalog Items, Integration, and Development experience in ServiceNow.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, customize, and maintain ITSM modules based on business requirements and best practices.
• Perform hands-on development and configuration activities including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Data Policies, and Access Control Lists (ACLs).
• Design and manage service catalog components, including Catalog Items, Record Producers, Variables, Request workflows, and lifecycle management.
• Develop and maintain automation using Flow Designer workflows, Approval flows, notifications, and orchestration.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITSM.
• Experience in JavaScript/Glide Scripting, Workflows, Flow Designer, Service Portal Development, Catalog Items, Integration, and Development experience in ServiceNow.
• Ability to configure, customize, and maintain ITSM modules based on business requirements and best practices.
• Proficiency in Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Data Policies, and Access Control Lists (ACLs).
• Experience in designing and managing service catalog components, including Catalog Items, Record Producers, Variables, Request workflows, and lifecycle management.
• Ability to develop and maintain automation using Flow Designer workflows, Approval flows, notifications, and orchestration.
