ServiceNow ITSM Developer
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow ITSM Developer with strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITSM modules. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Incident, Problem, Change, Request Management, and Knowledge Management. This role requires the ability to configure and customize ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and catalog items, as well as experience in handling ITSM enhancements, defect fixes, and production support.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request Management, and Knowledge Management.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and catalog items.
- Handle ITSM enhancements, defect fixes, and provide production support.
- Communicate effectively and work in a client-facing environment.
