Performance Testing Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Performance Testing Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance testing and engineering, specifically with tools such as LoadRunner and Dynatrace. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the banking domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct performance testing and engineering using LoadRunner and Dynatrace.
• Analyze performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure optimal performance of applications.
• Prepare detailed performance test reports and documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of total experience in performance testing.
• Strong expertise in LoadRunner and Dynatrace.
• Experience in performance testing within the banking industry.
• A degree in a relevant field.

Work Arrangements

• Hybrid work model (3 days a week in the office).
• Shift timings depend on client requirements.
