Key Responsibilities

• Configure and deploy ServiceNow ITOM modules
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party monitoring tools (e.g., OMI, Thousand Eyes, Dynatrace, Grafana)
• Create event rules, alert correlation, and automated remediation workflows
• Maintain and optimize Event Management dashboards and health reports
• Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure high availability of ITOM services
• Perform upgrades and patching for ITOM components
• Work with stakeholders to define event correlation logic and escalation workflows
• Partner with CMDB team to ensure accurate CI relationships for event mapping

Requirements

• Core ServiceNow Expertise: Strong experience in ServiceNow ITOM suite (Event Management)
• Event Management: Knowledge of event correlation, alert reduction, and impact analysis
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow Business Rules; Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs for integrations; Understanding of CMDB and its role in ITOM
• Monitoring Tools Integration: 4+ years of experience
