Senior Bench Validation Engineer

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Bench Validation Engineer to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in validating Battery Management Systems (BMS) modules, including Battery Current Measurement, Cell Voltage Measurement, and Cell Balancing. This is a full-time, on-site contract position for a duration of 7 months, from August 1st, 2026, to February 27th, 2027.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on validation and characterization on bench setups developed for high precision measurements involving high resolution ADCs and power modules.
• Utilize measurement and characterization equipment such as Source Measure Units, Digital Multimeters, Power supplies, oscilloscopes, signal generators, and thermos streamer.
• Create test setups based on test board schematics.
• Collaborate with test engineering teams on bench-ATE correlation.
• Support lead engineer in test data analysis and generating test reports.
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, including executive-level messaging and presentations.
• Work effectively in a multicultural, cross-functional environment as a self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in validating Battery Management Systems (BMS) modules.
• Experience with high precision measurements involving high resolution ADCs and power modules.
• Strong knowledge of measurement and characterization equipment such as Source Measure Units, Digital Multimeters, Power supplies, oscilloscopes, signal generators, and thermos streamer.
• Ability to create test setups based on test board schematics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Any degree with a strong academic record.

Work Arrangements

• Full-time, on-site position in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
• Contract duration: 7 months (August 1st, 2026, to February 27th, 2027).
• No remote work available.
