Project Manager – EPC
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong EPC background to lead project planning, process improvement, stakeholder management, and execution initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage projects from initiation through execution and closure, ensuring timelines, quality, and deliverables are met.
- Drive process mapping, process improvement, and workflow optimization across project functions.
- Develop project plans, track milestones, manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to ensure effective project execution.
- Identify process gaps and implement structured solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Prepare project dashboards, status reports, governance updates, and management presentations.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of overall experience, with strong EPC / Engineering project experience mandatory.
- Proven experience in Project Management, PMO, process mapping, and process improvement.
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle, governance, risk management, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage projects in a fast-paced environment.
- BPMN certification / knowledge is good to have.
- Exposure to tools such as MS Project, Primavera, Visio, or similar project/process management tools will be an advantage.
