Junior Generative AI Engineer
We are looking for a passionate Junior Generative AI Engineer to join our AI team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who have hands-on experience with Python, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), LangChain, NLP, and AI application development through academic projects or internships. You will work alongside experienced engineers to build, improve, and deploy AI-powered applications while learning industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI frameworks.
- Build and maintain backend APIs for AI services using Python and FastAPI.
- Support the implementation of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases and embeddings.
- Perform data preprocessing, prompt engineering, and model evaluation for AI solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI features into existing products.
- Develop and test REST APIs for AI-based services.
- Assist in debugging, optimizing, and improving AI application performance.
- Work with structured and unstructured datasets for model training and inference.
- Participate in code reviews, documentation, and Agile development activities.
- Stay updated with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and best practices.
Requirements
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Python.
- Basic understanding of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Familiarity with LangChain and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Knowledge of Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing concepts.
- Experience with FastAPI or Django.
- Understanding of REST APIs.
- Knowledge of SQL databases and basic vector databases.
- Familiarity with Git and Docker.
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS is an advantage.
- Soft Skills:
